My journey into recruiting started in one of the most unlikely ways—through a scam. In early 2019, I bought into what I thought was a promising opportunity: a temporary event staffing agency. Just a couple of months later, I realized I had been misled. Instead of giving up, I took that hard lesson and turned it into fuel. By January 2019, I launched my own temp staffing agency.

Eight months later, I knew I wanted more than just short-term staffing. I wanted to build something sustainable, systemized, and scalable. That’s when I made the decision to learn headhunting from scratch. No college diploma, no agency experience—just a laptop, my car, and relentless drive. I worked on my lunch breaks, before work, and late into the night. In September of 2019, everything changed: I made my first two placements. That same month, I quit my job and went all in.

From that leap of faith, Construction Recruitment Solutions (CRSolutions) was born. What started as a side hustle in my car has now grown into a specialized recruiting agency serving the Restoration, Construction, Roofing, Commercial, and HVAC industries. Along the way, I’ve built a dedicated team that shares my mission: helping companies scale with the right talent while helping skilled professionals find opportunities to thrive.

My passion for this work is rooted in my upbringing. My dad was a general contractor in Silicon Valley, and from a young age I worked alongside him on job sites—learning the value of hard work, resilience, and craftsmanship. Later, my first sales job at a carwash taught me how to compete, connect, and persevere. All of that prepared me for recruiting.

At CRS, we don’t just fill jobs. We strategically partner with construction and restoration companies to build futures. My story is proof that setbacks can become stepping stones—and with grit, faith, and relentless effort, you can build something meaningful from nothing.
