I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Post-Grad in Organizational Psychology. You can tell that working with people is something that I took great effort in.

During university, I became interested in how people interact with their jobs; in a sense of pride, joy, identity; and even on how this contributed to their physical and mental health.

In time, I started working across different types of industries: technology, games, and back to construction. To be able to connect in different ways with a diverse group of people and profiles was something I never thought I would be capable of, especially across different localities.

When we work with individuals who are looking for a job or a new opportunity, it is important to remember that there is someone with expectations and dreams behind that CV. Having a human-first view is what makes the difference.
