That path naturally led me to recruiting—a field where I can bring all those experiences together. What I enjoy most is listening to people’s stories, understanding their career goals, and helping them find opportunities where they can thrive. In particular, working in the construction industry has given me a front-row seat to incredible projects and inspiring professionals. Recruiting doesn’t feel like “work” to me—it’s something I genuinely enjoy and want to continue growing in, while also expanding into other industries and building new connections along the way.
